Brand name : Sunlinshi Tea Bag.
Ingredient : Best quality High Mountain tea leaves.
Storage : Keep in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight.
Shelf life : Two years.
The tea bag contains the hand-picked and sliced genuine High Mountain tea leaves from mountains of Sunlinshi. It tastes fragrant, delicious, and can be brewed repeatedly.

Sunlinshi (High Mountain Tea)

Sunlinshi tea fields are planted at an altitude of 1,400~1,600m of Taiwan Nantou county.  It’s in a deep forests and native valley, surround by flowing streams and waterfalls covered in cloudsand mists all year round.  The soils are fertile.  The appropriate amount of  humidity help the growth of the Sun-linshi high mountain tea with its unique

characteristic of high mountain tea.

Characteristics : Green branches (young tea stem, tea leaves, and golden greenish tea infusion), best for cold brewing.

Color of the tea leaves (Before steep) : Light and blackish green mixed with glossy tea leaves revealing vitality.

Tea color : Golden green colored, clear without any turbidity.

Taste : Refreshing fragrance, pure, fresh and sweet flavored.

Fragrance : Prolonged refreshing fragrance with delicate smell, and a sweet aroma.

Color of tea leaves (After steep) : The tea leaves is verdant with light yellow, after repeatedly steep, the tea leaves with branch still durable and strong.

 

Product Introduction

Origin of Tea : Sunlinshi legal tea plantations, Nantou County.

Altitude : 1,400 ~ 1,600m.

Strain of tea : Soft branch Qingxin Oolong tea leaves.

Harvesting : Spring and winter reap, hand picked a young bud

with two new leaves.

Management : Meticulous and organic management, passed strict tests by the agricultural department.

Net weight : 2 (bottles) x150g per box.

Withering : Withered in appropriate temperature.

Drying : Dried with specialized tea leaves drying machine of  90 ~ 150 from fast to slow for 4 times.

Baking : Light baked and fermented to retain the natural taste of tea.

Preservation : Vacuum packaging, for 2 years shelf life.

 

 

Gui-Fei tea (Dong Ding Oolong Tea)

Gui-Fei tea color is transparent like
amber.  Not only does it have the honey flavor, the green tea leaves also grows with red fringe, which isthe signature of Dong Ding Oolongtea.  According to its beauty and elegance like an imperial lady, it is named as the “Gui-Fei” tea.

Characteristics : Irrigated by mountain mist with rich soil. Thick, pure
and smooth taste that generated long lingering aftertaste. 
Color of the tea leaves (Before steep) : Dark green glossy tea leaveswith little golden color on fringe, hand knead the leaves to half spheroid.Tea color : Golden and amber color, clear without any turbidityTaste : Parched by charcoal fire, generated light honey taste, best forcold brewing.

Fragrance : Strong flavor in the mouth, change to fruit flavor after tasted.Color of tea leaves (After steep) : Green branch with red fringe, after repeatedly steep, the tea leaves with branch still durable and strong.

Origin of Tea : Tea fields in Phoenix village, Yonglong village, and Dong ding village in Lugu Township.

Altitude : 600 ~ 800m

Strain of tea : Soft branch Qingxin Oolong tea leaves.

Harvesting : Summer new grown leaves, hand picked a young bud with two new leaves.

Management : Meticulous and organic management, passed tests by the agricultural department.

Net weight : 2 (bottles) x150g per box.

Withering : Withered in appropriate temperature.

Baking : Semi-Baked and semi-fermented by tea master with longan charcoal.

Longfongsia (High Mountain Tea)
 

Longfongsia tea fields are planted at an altitude of 1,800 ~2,000m.  The natural view is primitive and pure.  There are ancient woods naturally grown on Long-fongsia mountains, surrounding bymountain aroma. The tea tree cultivated and irrigated by clouds and mists.  Long-fongsia tea is well-known for valuable quality and high-priced.

Characteristics : Green branches (young tea stem, tea leaves, and golden greenish tea infusion), best for cold brewing.

Color of the tea leaves (Before steep) : Light and blackish green mixed tea leaves revealing vitality.

Tea Color : Golden green colored, clear without any turbidity.

Taste : Slight bamboo flavor, refreshing, sweet and fragrant aroma with rich aftertaste in the mouth.

Fragrance : Refreshing fragrance, mild and mellow, with elegant in smell.

Hehuan Mountain (High Mountain tea)


Hehuan Mountain tea is grown on the high elevation which is covered by snow and frosts all year long. Frosted tea tree is unique and rare (strong strain of tea in order to subsist in cold weather ).  The flavor is extra-ordinary.  Due to limited quantity, require special order in advance.Characteristics : Green branches (young tea stem, tea leaves, and golden greenish tea infusion), best for cold brewing.

Color of the tea leaves (Before steep) : Light green turns to blackishgreen glossy tea leaves revealing vitality.
Tea Color : Golden green colored, clear without any turbidity.
